💶 Compensation Options

You’ll be offered one of the following:

• Flat fee between €50 and €150, depending on the topic and size of the audience
• Revenue share, typically 30 percent of ticket sales and 50 percent of any 1-on-1 bookings
• Hybrid model, like a base fee with bonus payouts based on signups or upsells

As our events grow beyond 100 and move toward 200 to 500 attendees, speaker rates and share models may scale too. We keep things transparent and fair.

Payouts can be sent via:

• Stripe Connect (required for 1-on-1 bookings through our platform)
• Revolut, Wise, or direct IBAN transfer (for flat fees or Luma-based event payouts)

We’ll confirm the payout method based on your session type. You focus on clarity and delivery. We handle the rest.
